The Open Source Firmware/BIOS Manager is responsible for leading a teams of BIOS engineers (around 5), who will develop and maintain the code for Inventec Open Source Firmware/Open BIOS projects. The manager will oversee the entire development life cycle from design, development, testing, and deployment. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware team, software team, BMC team, testing team and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

* Lead a team around 5 RDs
* Experienced in leading a firmware project development, including resource planning, task assignment, issue arbitation and resolution
* Technical savvy, passionate about system lower layer development.
* Knowledge of Open Source Firmware (coreboot, LinuxBoot, etc.) is a big plus
* Knowledge of X86 and modern server architecture
* BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
* 10+ years of professional experience in design/development, integration, validation, or system level debugging in embedded systems/BIOS.
* 3+ years of professional experience building and/or leading multiple teams.
* Strong technical background in embedded systems, firmware development, and programming languages such as C/C++/Python.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, upper management, and external stakeholders.
